The quality assurance group is made up of a QA manager and members. The team members are typically experienced professionals well versed in QA methodologies and the technologies they are working in.

The QA members are closely involved with each stage in the life cycle of a project from specification review to acceptance testing. They ensure that the analysts adhere to all guidelines and programming standards for optimal coding techniques.
